I remember a poem in Marathi which says-
There is a sea in front of me..
The sky is merging with it..
There would have been a ‘Triveni’ (confluence of three)..
If my home was missing..

Alhad Sir that is a beautiful poem. I wish I knew Marathi and could read the original version. Thanks.

Let me give a better translation –
There is the sea in front of me..
The sky is merging with it..
There would have been a ‘Triveni’ (confluence of three)..
If my home was not in between..

Hi .!!
I started reading your blog from yesterday ..
I am just 13..
And I have usually hated the hills (mostly because of my motion sickness problem!)
But all because of you..
I have started taking keen interest in nature!
You are so optimistic and such an avid traveller !
Thank you for inspiring me !
Ps- even I am a budding photographer !
🙂

Thank you Muskaan for those sweet words. I am so happy to know that I have inspired you in a small way to travel and love nature. In fact you have inspired me now to travel more and write better.
Nature has given me so many gifts. The least I can do is to let others in on the secret. Getting outdoors can make such a big difference in our lives. Nature has something to offer to everyone and it’s never too late to experience it.
Those who haven’t experienced nature have been robbed of a gift and kids have been robbed of a part of their childhood. You don’t have to be out in nature every day all the time to get the benefits of the outdoors. Unwrap these gifts slowly like the best presents you ever had. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
And I hope you become a photographer and share all your experiences with all of us.
